Method

Burger Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Beef Patty

In a bowl, season the ground beef with salt and pepper. Form it into a patty about ¾ inch thick.

  2. 2

    Cook the Patty

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the beef patty for about 4-5 minutes on one side, then flip it.

  3. 3

    Add Bacon and Cheese

Place the smoked bacon slices on the grill or skillet alongside the patty. After flipping the patty, add the American cheese on top. Cook for another 3-4 minutes until the bacon is crispy and the cheese is melted.

  4. 4

    Toast the Buns

In the last minute of cooking, place the burger buns on the grill or skillet to toast them lightly.

  5. 5

    Assemble the Burger

On the bottom half of the toasted bun, add the lettuce, followed by the cooked patty with cheese and bacon. Top with sliced tomato and drizzle signature sauce before placing the top half of the bun.

French Fries Directions

  1. 6

    Prepare the Potatoes

Peel the potatoes and cut them into evenly sized strips for frying.

  2. 7

    Heat the Oil

In a large pot, heat the vegetable oil to 350°F (175°C).

  3. 8

    Fry the Potatoes

Carefully add the potato strips to the hot oil in batches, frying for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown and crispy.

  4. 9

    Drain and Season

Once cooked, remove fries from the oil and drain on paper towels. Season with salt while still hot.
