Infusion Preparation

1

Infuse Vodka

Slice the vanilla bean lengthwise and scrape the seeds into a clean jar. Add the Gray Duck vodka and the vanilla bean pod. Seal the jar and let it sit for at least 24 hours at room temperature to infuse the flavors.

Cocktail Preparation

2

Mix the Ingredients

In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 oz of the infused Gray Duck vodka, 1 oz of Mr. Black coffee liqueur, 2 dashes of chocolate bitters, and 1 tsp of brown sugar.

3

Shake

Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled and combined.

4

Strain

Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass, ensuring a smooth pour without any ice shards.

5

Garnish

Garnish with 3 coffee beans placed on top of the cocktail for an aromatic touch.
