Method

Protein Bar Directions

1

Prepare Your Baking Dish

Line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang on the sides for easy removal later.

2

Mix Dry Ingredients

In a large mixing bowl, combine the grass-fed beef protein powder, collagen peptides, almond flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Stir until well mixed.

3

Combine Wet Ingredients

In a separate bowl, mix together the honey (or maple syrup), nut butter, and vanilla extract until smooth and fully combined.

4

Combine Mixtures

Pour the wet mixture into the dry mixture and stir until everything is well incorporated. If desired, fold in chopped nuts and dark chocolate chips.

5

Transfer to Baking Dish

Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish. Use a spatula to press it down firmly to ensure it holds together.

6

Chill the Bars

Refrigerate the mixture for at least 1 hour to allow it to set and firm up.

7

Cut into Bars

Once set, lift the mixture out of the baking dish using the parchment overhang. Cut into bars of desired size.

8

Store Properly

Store the protein bars in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week, or freeze for longer storage.
