Preparation

1. Infuse the Bourbon

In advance, infuse Buffalo Trace Bourbon with Orange Pekoe tea by steeping 1 cup of the bourbon with 2 bags of Orange Pekoe tea for about 2 hours. Strain and store in a sealed container.

2. Mix the Cocktail

In a cocktail shaker, combine the infused Buffalo Trace Bourbon, raspberry liqueur, Strega, passionfruit puree, fresh lime juice, and salted honey syrup.

3. Shake and Strain

Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds. Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.

4. Add Bitters

Garnish the cocktail with 2 dashes of bitters on top.
