Embark on a tropical adventure with our Mission Mango Wheat Ale, a refreshing brew that combines the zesty essence of ripe mangoes with the smooth, light body of a classic wheat ale. Each sip bursts with vibrant fruit flavors, perfectly balanced by subtle hints of spice and a crisp finish. Ideal for warm days and good company, this ale invites you to relax and savor the sunshine in every glass.

In a large pot, heat 3 liters of water to 165°F (74°C). Add the pale malt and wheat malt, stirring well to combine. Maintain the temperature at 150°F (65°C) for 60 minutes.

Mash Grains

After mashing, raise the temperature to a boil. Once boiling, add the bittering hops and boil for 60 minutes. Add the flavoring hops in the last 15 minutes of the boil.

Boil Wort

After boiling, cool the wort quickly using an immersion chiller or an ice bath until it reaches about 70°F (21°C).

Cool the Wort

Transfer the cooled wort into a sanitized fermentation vessel. Add the mango puree and the yeast. Seal with an airlock and let it ferment at room temperature for 1-2 weeks.

Ferment

Once fermentation is complete, dissolve the priming sugar in a small amount of water and add it to the fermented beer. Bottle the beer and cap. Let it carbonate for another 1-2 weeks.
