Strawberry Shake

Enjoy a creamy and refreshing regular-sized strawberry shake made with ripe strawberries and smooth vanilla ice cream.

Strawberry Shake, regular size

Medium. Chamomile. Braeburn apple. Almond baking spice.

Wash the Viura grapes thoroughly and remove any stems. Core and chop the Braeburn apples into small pieces. Set aside the sliced almonds.

Prepare the Ingredients

In a pot, bring 500 ml of water to a boil. Remove from heat and steep the chamomile flowers for about 10 minutes. Strain and allow to cool.

Create Infusion

In a fermentation vessel, combine the Viura grapes, chopped Braeburn apples, cooled chamomile infusion, sliced almonds, baking spice blend, and sugar. Gently crush the grapes to release their juice.

Fermentation Process

Sprinkle the yeast over the mixture and stir gently. Cover the vessel with a clean cloth and let it ferment in a cool, dark place for 1-2 weeks.

Add Yeast

Once fermentation is complete, strain the mixture to remove solids. Pour the wine into clean bottles and seal them tightly. Age for a minimum of 3 months before consumption.
