Harvest the Vermentino grapes and crush them slightly to release their juices.

In a large pitcher, combine the crushed Vermentino grapes, white flower essence, nectarines puree, and mineral water. Stir gently.

Chop the sage leaves finely and add them along with the mixed Mediterranean herbs to the pitcher. Stir to combine.

Add ice cubes to the mixture and let it chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
