Wonderland Project - Pinot Noir

Ham, cheddar cheese, fresh tomatoes, and arugula.

Sliced turkey, lettuce, tomato, and mustard in a whole wheat wrap.

Medium. Pomegranate. Cherry. Cedar. Mushroom.

Sauté the mushrooms in olive oil over medium heat until browned and tender, about 5-7 minutes. Set aside.

Soak cedar wood chips in water for 30 minutes. Drain and place on a smoking tray over medium heat until they begin to smoke.

In a large bowl, combine sautéed mushrooms, pomegranate seeds, and fresh cherries. Add thyme and toss gently.

Pour Pinot Noir into glasses and serve alongside the mushroom and fruit mixture as a unique pairing.
