Ham, cheddar cheese, fresh tomatoes, and arugula.

Sliced turkey, lettuce, tomato, and mustard in a whole wheat wrap.

Medium-light. Red berry. Violet. Truffle. Lilac.

Harvest the Pinot Noir grapes when they are ripe. This usually occurs in late summer to early fall.

Crush the grapes to release the juice. This can be done manually or with a crusher.

Add yeast to the crushed grapes to start the fermentation process. Allow it to ferment for about 7-10 days at a controlled temperature.

After fermentation, press the mixture to separate the liquid from the solids.

Transfer the wine to oak barrels for aging. Let it age for at least 6 months to develop its flavors.

Sulfite the wine to preserve it, then bottle the wine. Allow it to rest in the bottle for an additional month before release.
