White Wine Garlic Mussels

Ham, cheddar cheese, fresh tomatoes, and arugula.

Sliced turkey, lettuce, tomato, and mustard in a whole wheat wrap.

Wash and chop the nectarine into small pieces. Prepare apricot puree by blending fresh apricots until smooth.

Add the white flower essence to the mixture and stir gently. Let it sit for about 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Strain the mixture into a wine glass, ensuring a nice balance of fruit. Garnish with banana leaves for an aromatic touch.
