Harvesting the Grapes

Crush the grapes lightly and press to extract the juice.

Crushing and Pressing

Allow the juice to ferment in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures for 15-20 days.

Fermentation

After fermentation, add the orange blossom essence, lemon zest, almond extract, and sea spray to the wine.

Adding Flavors

Age the wine in tanks for an additional 3-6 months to allow flavors to develop.

Aging

Once aged, filter and bottle the wine, ensuring proper sealing.
