Strawberry Shake

Enjoy a creamy and refreshing regular-sized strawberry shake made with ripe strawberries and smooth vanilla ice cream.

Harvest Gamay grapes at peak ripeness and crush them to extract the juice.

In a fermentation vessel, combine crushed grapes, sugar, water, and yeast. Allow to ferment for 10-14 days, stirring daily.

After fermentation, press the mixture to separate the liquid from the solids. Collect the liquid in a clean container.

Add oak chips to the wine for aging. Transfer to a glass carboy and allow to age for 6 months, tasting periodically.

Once the wine has aged and reached the desired flavor profile, bottle the wine and cork. Let it rest for an additional month before serving.
