Strawberry Shake

Enjoy a creamy and refreshing regular-sized strawberry shake made with ripe strawberries and smooth vanilla ice cream.

Strawberry Shake, regular size

Medium-light. Cherry. Cassis. Strawberry. Bubblegum.

Wash and deseed the Gamay grapes, cassis, and strawberries. Cut the strawberries into halves.

Prepare the Fruit

In a large pot, combine the washed grapes, cassis, and strawberries with water and sugar. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally.

Create the Base

Once the mixture reaches a boil, reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 15 minutes. Remove from heat, let cool slightly, and then add the yeast. Mix well and cover the pot with a cloth.

Fermentation

After the mixture has cooled to room temperature, add the bubblegum flavoring and stir.

Add Flavor

Allow the mixture to ferment in a cool, dark place for about 7 to 10 days, stirring gently every couple of days.

Ferment

After fermentation is complete, strain the liquid into clean bottles, discarding the solids. Seal the bottles and refrigerate.

Bottling
