Fresh avocado with lime, cilantro, and onion.

Guacamole

Medium-light. Sage. Rosemary. Tomato leaf. White peach.

Gather all the ingredients and wash the fresh herbs and peach thoroughly.

Prepare the Ingredients

In a medium saucepan, combine the Fiano Minutolo wine with the fresh sage, rosemary, and tomato leaves. Heat gently over low heat for about 10 minutes to allow the flavors to infuse.

Infuse the Wine

While the wine is infusing, slice the white peach into thin wedges. Set aside.

Prepare the Peach

After 10 minutes, remove the saucepan from heat and strain the wine mixture to remove the herbs. Return the wine to the saucepan and add olive oil, salt, and black pepper to taste. Stir well.

Season the Mixture

Pour the infused wine into glasses. Garnish with the sliced white peach on the rim of the glass. Enjoy your refreshing Fiano Minutolo!
