Ham, cheddar cheese, fresh tomatoes, and arugula.

Sliced turkey, lettuce, tomato, and mustard in a whole wheat wrap.

Harvest the Chardonnay grapes at optimal ripeness, ensuring they are free from disease and rot.

Crush the grapes and press them to extract the juice. Collect the juice in a clean fermentation vessel.

Add the wildflower honey, citrus zest, acacia honey, white peach puree, yeast, and sulfites to the grape juice. Stir gently to combine.

Allow the mixture to ferment for 10-15 days at a controlled temperature of 18-20°C (64-68°F). Monitor the fermentation process.

Once fermentation is complete, rack the wine into a clean vessel, leaving sediment behind.

Age the wine for 6-12 months in stainless steel or oak barrels, depending on desired flavor profile.

Once aged, filter the wine and bottle it. Seal and label the bottles for storage.
