Garlic mayo is a creamy sauce blending mayonnaise with minced garlic, often used to enhance various dishes.

In a mixing bowl, combine blackberries, half of the brown sugar, and 1 tablespoon of water. Let it sit for 15 minutes to macerate.

Prepare the Blackberry Cobbler

In another bowl, mix together melted butter, granulated sugar, and cocoa powder until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla extract. Stir in flour, baking powder, and salt until just combined.

Make the Brownie Batter

In a small saucepan, combine chopped rhubarb, remaining brown sugar, and 1/4 cup of water. Cook over medium heat until the rhubarb breaks down and the mixture thickens (about 10 minutes).

Prepare the Rhubarb Filling

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Spread the brownie batter evenly in a greased 9x9 inch baking pan. Pour the blackberry mixture over the batter, then add the stewed rhubarb on top.

Assemble the Dish

Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out mostly clean.
