Enjoy a creamy and refreshing regular-sized strawberry shake made with ripe strawberries and smooth vanilla ice cream.

Medium-full. Blueberry sun jam. Fennel seed. Vanilla.

In a small saucepan, combine fresh blueberries and heat over medium-low until they start to break down and release their juices, about 5-7 minutes.

Prepare the Blueberries

Stir in fennel seed and vanilla extract into the blueberry mixture. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Add Fennel and Vanilla

In a large glass or decanter, pour the bottle of Cabernet Franc. Gently mix in the blueberry jam mixture until well combined.

Combine with Wine

Pour the wine mixture into glasses and enjoy. Optionally, garnish with a few whole blueberries or a sprinkle of fennel seeds.
