Ham, cheddar cheese, fresh tomatoes, and arugula.

Sliced turkey, lettuce, tomato, and mustard in a whole wheat wrap.

Harvest the Albariño grapes, ensuring they are ripe and free from any rot or disease. Crush the grapes to release their juice.

In a clean fermentation vessel, combine the crushed grapes with water and add the yeast. Stir the mixture gently to incorporate the yeast.

Add the Meyer lemon zest, honeysuckle extract, quinine, and minerals into the fermentation vessel. Stir gently to mix all ingredients.

Cover the fermentation vessel with a clean cloth and let it sit at a controlled temperature of around 18-20°C (64-68°F) for 2-3 weeks.

Once fermentation is complete, siphon the wine off the sediment into another clean vessel, leaving the sediment behind.

Age the wine in a cool, dark place for at least 3 months to allow the flavors to develop and mature.

After aging, bottle the wine in sterilized bottles. Seal and label the bottles.
