Prepare the Matcha
In a small bowl, whisk matcha powder with a few tablespoons of hot water until smooth and frothy.
Mix the Ingredients
In a larger glass, combine the whisked matcha, yuzu juice, and simple syrup (if using). Stir well to combine.
Add Sparkling Water
Fill the glass with ice cubes, then gently pour the sparkling water over the mixture. Stir gently to combine.
Garnish and Serve
Garnish with yuzu wedges and serve immediately.
