In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, red chili flakes, black pepper, lime juice, and vegetable oil until well combined.
Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring they are well coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, ideally overnight for maximum flavor.
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Remove the chicken from the marinade and let excess marinade drip off. Place the chicken on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
Once cooked, remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve with your choice of sides.
