In a large bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, sriracha sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, lime juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until well blended. Add the chicken breasts to the marinade, ensuring they are fully coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Lightly oil the grill grates to prevent sticking.
Remove the chicken from the marinade and let any excess drip off. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
