Preparation Steps
Prepare the Boba
Cook the strawberry boba according to the package instructions. Once cooked, rinse under cold water and set aside.
Mix the Drink
In a cocktail shaker, combine vodka, Giffard Mangue, coconut milk, and ube puree. Fill the shaker with ice and shake well until chilled.
Assemble the Drink
In a souvenir bear glass, add the cooked strawberry boba to the bottom. Strain the cocktail mixture over the boba.
Serve
Garnish with a slice of fresh mango or a sprinkle of ube powder if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy!
