Method
Popsicle Preparation
Mixing the Base
In a mixing bowl, combine the Prosecco, Rum Punch, fresh orange juice, fresh lime juice, and simple syrup. Stir gently to avoid losing too much carbonation.
Filling the Molds
Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, filling each mold about three-quarters full to allow room for expansion as they freeze.
Adding Garnishes
Place a few pieces of fresh fruit and a mint leaf into each mold. This will add flavor and a decorative touch to your popsicles.
Inserting Sticks
Insert the popsicle sticks into the molds, making sure they are centered and upright.
Freezing
Cover the molds with a lid or plastic wrap and place them in the freezer. Allow the popsicles to freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until completely solid.
Serving
Removing from Molds
Once the popsicles are fully frozen, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds to loosen them. Carefully pull the popsicles out.
Enjoying
Serve immediately and enjoy your refreshing Rum Punch Mimosa Popsicles on a warm day!
