Clean the chicken feet thoroughly and trim any excess nails. Blanch them in boiling water for about 5 minutes, then drain and set aside.

Prepare the Chicken Feet

In a bowl, mix together gochujang, gochugaru, minced garlic, minced ginger, soy sauce, and sesame oil to create a spicy sauce.

Make the Sauce

In a large pot, add the blanched chicken feet, water, and the prepared spicy sauce. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
