Prepare the Cake Base
1. Crush the Oreos

Make the Mousse Filling

In another bowl, beat 8 oz of cream cheese, 1 cup of powdered sugar, and 1 tsp of vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
6. Fold in the Whipped Cream
Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined.

Fold in 12 crushed Oreo cookies into the mousse mixture.
Assemble the Cake

Pour the mousse filling over the Oreo crust in the springform pan, spreading it evenly.
9. Chill
Cover and refrigerate the cake for at least 4 hours or until set.
