Seafood Patty

Method

Prepare the Seafood Patty

1

Combine Ingredients

In a large bowl, mix together the Dungeness crab, side stripe shrimp, flaked ling cod, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, green onions, and Old Bay seasoning. Mix until well combined.

2

Add Breadcrumbs

Gently fold in the breadcrumbs until the mixture holds together. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

3

Form Patties

Shape the mixture into four equal-sized patties. Place them on a plate and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.

Cook the Patties

4

Heat the Pan

In a large skillet, heat a tablespoon of oil over medium heat.

5

Cook Patties

Carefully place the patties in the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and heated through.

Assemble the Burgers

6

Prepare the Buns

Toast the burger buns lightly if desired.

7

Build the Burger

Place a lettuce leaf on the bottom half of each bun, followed by a seafood patty, a slice of tomato, avocado, and a dollop of tartar sauce. Top with the other half of the bun.
