Signature Sauces

Method

Wings

  1. 1

    Prepare the Wings

In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings with salt, black pepper, and olive oil. Toss until the wings are evenly coated.

  2. 2

    Bake the Wings

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Spread the wings out in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through, until the wings are crispy and cooked through.

Pub Chips

  1. 3

    Prepare the Potatoes

Wash and peel the potatoes. Slice them into thin rounds, about 1/8 inch thick.

  2. 4

    Fry the Chips

In a deep fryer or a large pot, heat the vegetable oil to 350°F (175°C). Fry the potato slices in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per batch. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.

  3. 5

    Season the Chips

While the chips are still hot, toss them with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt until evenly coated.

Signature Sauces

  1. 6

    Prepare the Sauces

In separate bowls, prepare your choice of sauces (Buffalo, BBQ, Honey Mustard, Garlic Parmesan) to toss the baked wings in.

  2. 7

    Toss the Wings

Once the wings are cooked, remove them from the oven and toss them in your desired sauce until well coated.

Assembly

  1. 8

    Serve the Dish

Place a generous bed of seasoned pub chips on a serving platter. Arrange the sauced wings on top of the chips and serve immediately.
