Preparation
- 1
Cook the Ground Beef
In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes, breaking it apart with a spatula. Drain excess fat if necessary.
- 2
Prepare the Tater Tots
While the beef is cooking, follow the instructions on the package to bake or fry the tater tots until golden brown and crispy, usually about 15-20 minutes.
- 3
Chop the Vegetables
Dice the tomatoes and chop the green onions. Set aside for assembly.
Assembly
- 4
Assemble the Burritos
Lay a flour tortilla flat on a clean surface. Start by adding a layer of the cooked ground beef, followed by tater tots, shredded cheese, diced tomatoes, and chopped green onions.
- 5
Add Nacho Cheese
Drizzle the nacho cheese sauce over the filling ingredients, making sure to cover evenly.
- 6
Wrap the Burrito
Fold the sides of the tortilla inward over the filling, then roll from the bottom up to enclose the filling completely. Repeat with the remaining tortillas.
Serving

Serve
Cut the burritos in half if desired and serve warm. Optionally, serve with additional nacho cheese sauce for dipping.
