Method
Cooking the Pasta

Boil the Pasta
In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add macaroni pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Making the Cheese Sauce

Add Milk and Cheese
Gradually add milk while continuously whisking to prevent lumps. Bring to a gentle simmer and then add shredded cheddar cheese and cream cheese. Stir until melted and smooth.

Season the Sauce
Add salt and black pepper to the cheese sauce. Stir well and remove from heat.
Preparing the Buffalo Chicken

Prepare the Chicken
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Dip chicken breasts in flour, then beaten egg, and finally coat with bread crumbs.

Bake the Chicken
Place coated chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through and golden brown. Once cooked, toss the chicken in buffalo sauce.

Slice the Chicken
Remove chicken from oven and let cool slightly. Slice into strips.
Assembling the Dish

Combine Pasta and Cheese Sauce
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked macaroni pasta and cheese sauce. Stir until the pasta is evenly coated.

Add Buffalo Chicken
Gently fold in the sliced buffalo chicken into the mac and cheese.

Top with Bacon and Bleu Cheese
Sprinkle crumbled bacon and bleu cheese on top of the mac and cheese. Drizzle with Sweet & Tangy sauce.

Toast the Bread
Place the garlic bread on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for 10 minutes at 400°F (200°C) or until golden and crispy.
