Sausage Preparation

Cook the Sausage
In a skillet over medium heat, add the Beer Baron sausage. Cook for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the sausage is browned and heated through.

Prepare the Criss-Cut Fries
While the sausage is cooking, preheat your oven according to the criss-cut fries package instructions. Spread the criss-cut fries on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden and crispy.

Serve the Pub Chips
While the fries are baking, place the pub chips in a serving bowl. They can be served as is or warmed in the oven for a few minutes.
Jalapeno Beer Queso Preparation

Prepare the Queso
In a medium saucepan over medium-low heat, combine Velveeta cheese, cream cheese, jalapenos, and beer. Stir continuously until the cheeses melt and the mixture is smooth.

Season the Queso
Add garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, and pepper to the cheese mixture. Stir well to incorporate all ingredients and adjust seasoning to taste.

Plate the Combo Platter
On a large serving platter, arrange the cooked Beer Baron sausage, criss-cut fries, and pub chips. Serve warm with a bowl of jalapeno beer queso in the center for dipping.
