Sausage

Fries & Chips

Method

Sausage Preparation

  1. 1

    Cook the Sausage

In a skillet over medium heat, add the Beer Baron sausage. Cook for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the sausage is browned and heated through.

Fries & Chips Preparation

  1. 2

    Prepare the Criss-Cut Fries

While the sausage is cooking, preheat your oven according to the criss-cut fries package instructions. Spread the criss-cut fries on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden and crispy.

  2. 3

    Serve the Pub Chips

While the fries are baking, place the pub chips in a serving bowl. They can be served as is or warmed in the oven for a few minutes.

Jalapeno Beer Queso Preparation

  1. 4

    Prepare the Queso

In a medium saucepan over medium-low heat, combine Velveeta cheese, cream cheese, jalapenos, and beer. Stir continuously until the cheeses melt and the mixture is smooth.

  2. 5

    Season the Queso

Add garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, and pepper to the cheese mixture. Stir well to incorporate all ingredients and adjust seasoning to taste.

Assembly

  1. 6

    Plate the Combo Platter

On a large serving platter, arrange the cooked Beer Baron sausage, criss-cut fries, and pub chips. Serve warm with a bowl of jalapeno beer queso in the center for dipping.
