Prepare Burger Patties

Mix Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Mix gently until just combined.

Form Patties
Divide the mixture into three equal portions and form each portion into a small patty, about 2 inches in diameter.

Cook Patties
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side until they are cooked through and have a nice sear.
Cook Bacon

Prepare Bacon
In a separate skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Drain on paper towels.
Assemble Sliders

Prepare Fries
While the bacon cooks, prepare the crisscut fries according to package instructions until crispy.

Assemble Ingredients
On a plate, place one crisscut fry as the base. Add a burger patty, a slice of American cheese, a few pieces of red onion, a slice of bacon, and a drizzle of thousand island dressing.

Top with Fries
Place another crisscut fry on top to complete the slider. Repeat the assembly for the remaining patties.
