Diced Ham & Scrambled Eggs

Toast

Method

Diced Ham & Scrambled Eggs

  1. 1

    Prepare the Eggs

In a mixing bowl, crack the eggs and add the milk, salt, and pepper. Whisk together until well combined.

  2. 2

    Cook the Eggs

In a non-stick skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Once melted, pour in the egg mixture. Allow it to cook for a minute, then gently stir with a spatula, incorporating the diced ham.

  3. 3

    Finish Cooking

Continue to cook the eggs, stirring occasionally until they are fully cooked but still soft and creamy. Remove from heat.

Hash Browns

  1. 4

    Prepare the Hash Browns

In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the frozen hash browns.

  2. 5

    Cook the Hash Browns

Spread the hash browns evenly and season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until they are golden brown, then flip them and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes until both sides are crispy.

Toast

  1. 6

    Toast the Bread

While the hash browns are cooking, toast the bread slices to your desired level of crispiness. Spread butter on each slice after toasting.
