Preparation of Ingredients

Prepare the Chicken Filling
In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded cooked chicken and shredded American cheese. Mix well and set aside.

Prepare the Creamy Sauce
In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, chicken broth, and taco seasoning. Stir until smooth and simmer for about 5 minutes.
Assembling Enchiladas

Fill the Tortillas
Take a flour tortilla and place a generous amount of the chicken and cheese mixture in the center. Add a handful of shredded lettuce on top.

Roll the Tortillas
Roll the tortilla tightly around the filling and place it seam-side down in a greased baking dish. Repeat for all tortillas.
Baking

Add Sauce and Bake
Pour the creamy chicken sauce evenly over the assembled enchiladas in the baking dish. Sprinkle any remaining American cheese on top.

Bake
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake the enchiladas for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serving

Once baked, remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Garnish with sliced black olives on top and serve warm.
