Salmon Fillets

Burger Assembly

Method

Prepare the Salmon

1

Marinate the Salmon

In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, fresh orange juice, fresh lemon juice, black pepper, salt, honey, and garlic powder. Add the salmon fillets to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

2

Cook the Salmon

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Remove the salmon from the marinade (discard the marinade) and place it on the grill. Cook for about 5-6 minutes per side, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

Assemble the Burger

3

Prepare the Kaiser Rolls

Slice the Kaiser rolls in half and toast them lightly on the grill or in a toaster.

4

Build the Burger

On the bottom half of each toasted Kaiser roll, place a cooked salmon fillet. Top with sliced onions, pickles, lettuce leaves, and sliced tomatoes. Add a generous dollop of tartar sauce on top, then place the top half of the roll to complete the burger.
