Cocktail
Build and shake
Add the gin, white rum, yuzu liqueur, elderflower liqueur, fresh lime juice, passion fruit purée, and simple syrup into a cocktail shaker filled two-thirds with ice.
Shake vigorously for 12–15 seconds until the shaker is well chilled and slightly frosted.
Double-strain the mixture (through a Hawthorne and fine mesh) into a chilled 180 ml can or a 180–200 ml highball/Collins glass filled with fresh ice, leaving about 15–20 ml of space for soda.
Garnish & Finish
Float half a teaspoon of passion fruit seeds (or spoon half a fresh passion fruit) on top to enhance aroma and add fruit texture.
Garnish with a thin lime wheel on the rim. If using edible shimmer, dust a very small pinch across the surface for a night-sky shimmer appropriate to the 'Night Swim' name.
Serve immediately chilled. The finished drink yields a light, refreshing, fruity cocktail around 14% ABV when diluted and topped with soda (assuming 75–80% spirit by volume pre-top).
