Prepare the Egg Mixture
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- 2
Cook the Eggs
Melt butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, until the eggs are soft and fluffy.

Add Cheese
Sprinkle the cheddar cheese over the eggs and allow it to melt before removing from heat.
- 4
Toast the Bread
In another skillet, toast the sourdough slices until golden brown.
- 5
Prepare Avocado
Slice the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh out. Mash it lightly with a fork and season with salt and pepper.
- 6
Lunch
- 7
Grill the Chicken
Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Grill on medium-high heat until cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side.
- 8
Prepare the Salad
In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, halved cherry tomatoes, and sliced cucumber.
- 9
Make the Dressing
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
- 10

Slice the grilled chicken and add it to the salad. Drizzle with the dressing and sprinkle with feta cheese.
- 11
Serve
Toss the salad gently and serve immediately.
Dinner

- 13
Prepare the Asparagus
Trim the ends of the asparagus and place them on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- 14
Prepare the Salmon
Place the salmon fillets on the same baking sheet. Mince the garlic and sprinkle over the salmon. Squeeze lemon juice on top.
- 15
Bake
Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- 16
Serve
Serve the baked salmon with roasted asparagus on the side.
