Prepare the Glass

Chill a coupe or cocktail glass by placing it in the freezer or filling it with ice water.

In a cocktail shaker, combine the bourbon, Luxardo Amaro Abano, honey, fresh lemon juice, and orange bitters.

Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.

Remove the ice from the chilled glass and strain the cocktail mixture into the glass.
