Prepare the Shaker
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
Combine Ingredients
Pour the white rum, velvet falernum, green Chartreuse, and fresh lime juice into the shaker.
Add Bitters
Add 2 dashes of Angostura bitters to the mixture.
Shake It Up
Shake the cocktail vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.
Strain and Serve
Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish
Garnish with a lime wheel on the rim of the glass.
