Mixing the Drink
In a mixing glass filled with ice, combine the rectified bourbon, Tom Cat gin, cedar-infused maple syrup, Angostura bitters, and orange bitters. Stir well until chilled.
Strain and Serve
Strain the mixture into an old-fashioned glass over a large ice cube.
Garnishing
Express the oils from the orange peel over the drink and drop it in as garnish. Add a cedar sprig for an aromatic touch.
