Infused Vodka Preparation
Infuse the Vodka
In a large glass jar, combine the Vodka Altamura with the sliced strawberries. Seal the jar tightly and let it sit in the refrigerator for at least 24 hours to allow the flavors to meld.
Cocktail Mixing
Mix the Cocktail Base
In a cocktail shaker, combine 60 ml of the strawberry puree, 30 ml of fresh lemon juice, 45 ml of Cordusio, and 50 g of raspberries (if using frozen, thaw beforehand). Add 60 ml of the infused Vodka. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.
Strain the Mixture
Strain the shaken cocktail mixture into a chilled cocktail glass, leaving the ice behind.
Cream Foam Preparation
Make the Cream Foam
In a mixing bowl, combine 100 ml of heavy cream, 15 g of powdered sugar, and 5 ml of vanilla extract. Using a hand mixer or a whisk, whip the mixture until soft peaks form.
Top the Cocktail
Gently spoon the whipped cream foam over the cocktail in the glass, allowing it to float on top.
Garnishing and Serving
Garnish and Serve
Garnish the drink with a fresh strawberry or a few raspberries on top. Serve immediately and enjoy your Blush Dream!
