Cook the Meat
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef or chicken over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.

Season the Meat
Add the taco seasoning to the cooked meat along with a splash of water. Stir to combine and let simmer for 5 minutes.

Prepare the Filling
In a large bowl, combine the seasoned meat, black beans, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and half of the shredded cheese.

Assemble the Burritos
Lay a tortilla wrap flat and spoon a generous portion of the filling into the center. Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling and roll tightly from the bottom up.

Melt the Cheese
In a large skillet, place the assembled burritos seam side down. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top and cover to melt the cheese over medium heat, about 3-4 minutes.

Plate and Serve
Serve each burrito on a plate with a side of Mexican rice, pico de gallo, seasoned sour cream, and top with onion tanglers.
