Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ribs

Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs and pat them dry with paper towels.

  2. 2

    Season the Ribs

In a small bowl, mix together salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and brown sugar. Rub this mixture all over the ribs.

  3. 3

    Preheat Oven

Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).

  4. 4

    Cook the Ribs

Place the seasoned ribs on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil. Cover tightly with another piece of foil and bake for 2.5 to 3 hours, until tender.

  5. 5

    Prepare BBQ Sauce Mixture

In a small saucepan, combine BBQ sauce and apple cider vinegar. Heat over medium heat until warm.

  6. 6

    Glaze and Finish

Remove the ribs from the oven and discard the top layer of foil. Brush the ribs generously with the BBQ sauce mixture. Broil in the oven for 5-10 minutes, until the sauce is caramelized.

  7. 7

    Serve

Let the ribs rest for a few minutes before cutting. Serve with your choice of two sides.
