Prepare the Ingredients
Gather all the ingredients and ensure your cold brew coffee is chilled.
Mix the Cocktail
In a cocktail shaker, combine the Lunazul Reposado tequila, pistachio cordial, cold brew coffee, demerara syrup, coconut milk, and a pinch of salt.
Shake Well
Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well chilled.
Strain and Serve
Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass.
Garnish
Top with crushed pistachio dust and place a few coffee beans on top for garnish.
