Enjoy a creamy and refreshing regular-sized strawberry shake made with ripe strawberries and smooth vanilla ice cream.

Select and harvest ripe Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Pinot Meunier grapes. Ensure they are free from rot and pests.

Harvesting Grapes

Crush the grapes gently to extract the juice, separating the skins from the juice to prevent excessive tannin extraction.

Crushing and Pressing

Transfer the juice into fermentation tanks. Add yeast to the juice and allow it to ferment at controlled temperatures for about 2-3 weeks, monitoring the sugar levels.

Fermentation

After primary fermentation, blend the different grape varieties in the desired proportions to achieve the signature flavor profile of Vueve Clicquot Rose.

Blending

Add sugar and Liqueur d'expedition to the blended wine to initiate secondary fermentation.

Preparing for Secondary Fermentation

Bottle the wine and seal it. Allow it to undergo secondary fermentation in the bottle for a minimum of 15 months to develop complexity.
