Prepare the Ingredients
Gather all the cheeses, meats, and accompaniments. Slice the cheeses into bite-sized pieces and arrange them on a large serving board.
Arrange the Meats
Fold and arrange the prosciutto, salami, and chorizo around the cheeses on the board.
Add Accompaniments
Place the olives, mixed nuts, and dried fruits in small bowls or directly onto the board. Drizzle honey over the goat cheese, if desired, and place the crackers around the board.
Final Touches
Garnish with fresh herbs (optional) and serve immediately for sharing.
