Method
Preparation
Prepare the Meat Mixture
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, chopped parsley, egg, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Mix thoroughly using your hands or a spoon until all ingredients are well incorporated.
Shape the Beefteki
Divide the meat mixture into equal portions (about 4 to 6) and shape each portion into a patty, approximately 1 inch thick.
Grilling
Grill the Beefteki
Place the shaped beefteki patties on the preheated grill. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness. Use a meat thermometer to check that the internal temperature has reached 160°F (71°C) for medium.
Add Flavor
In the last minute of grilling, drizzle lemon juice over the beefteki to enhance the flavor.
Serving
Serve the Beefteki
Remove the beefteki from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving. Serve with your choice of sides, such as a salad, grilled vegetables, or pita bread.
