Mojito Mocker Base
Mint & Muddling
Assembly & Finish
Method
Mojito Mocker Base
- 1
Make concentrated lemonade-lime base
In a pitcher, combine 1.5 cups housemade seasonal lemonade (fresh lemon juice plus any seasonal infusion), 0.5 cup fresh lime juice, 3 tablespoons agave syrup, and 1/2 cup cold water. Whisk thoroughly until the agave is fully dissolved and the mixture is homogeneous. Taste and adjust sweetness — add up to 1 additional tablespoon agave if you prefer sweeter.
- 2
Chill the base in the refrigerator while preparing mint and ice (or proceed immediately if serving right away).
Mint & Muddling
- 3
Prepare mint
Place 4-5 mint leaves per serving (about 20 leaves total for 4 servings) into a sturdy mixing glass or shaker. Reserve 4 sprigs for garnish.

Muddle gently
Add 1 tablespoon (approximately 15 ml) of the prepared lemonade-lime base to the mint in the mixing glass (this wets the leaves and helps release oils). Using a muddler or the back of a spoon, press and twist gently 6–8 times — enough to bruise the leaves and release aroma, but not shred them (over-muddling causes bitterness).

Top each glass with about 3/4 cup club soda (divide the 3 cups soda across 4 glasses). Gently stir with a bar spoon 4–6 times to combine — lift mint leaves through the drink without tearing them.
