Panna Cotta Directions

1. Prepare Gelatin

In a small bowl, sprinkle the gelatin over the water and let it bloom for about 5 minutes.

2. Heat Cream Mixture

In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the heavy cream, whole milk, and sugar. Stir until the sugar dissolves and the mixture is heated through but not boiling.

3. Add Gelatin

Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the bloomed gelatin and vanilla extract until fully dissolved.
