Marinate the Ahi
In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Place the Ahi tuna steaks in the marinade and let them soak for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
Preheat the Grill
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Grill the Ahi
Remove the Ahi from the marinade and sprinkle sesame seeds over both sides of the steaks. Place the steaks on the grill and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness.
Serve
