Cocktail

Method

Cocktail

1

Build and chill

Fill a highball or Collins glass about three-quarters full with cubed ice (approx. 1 cup).

2

Combine base ingredients

In a mixing glass or shaker, add 2 oz London dry gin, 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice, and 0.75 oz sugar-free raspberry syrup. Add a handful of ice and stir gently for 10–15 seconds to chill and slightly dilute the mixture.

3

Top with soda

Strain the chilled gin mixture into the prepared glass over the ice. Top with 4 oz chilled soda water. Stir once gently with a bar spoon to integrate without flattening the soda.

4

Adjust sweetness (optional)

Taste and, if you prefer it sweeter, add up to 0.25 oz more sugar-free raspberry syrup and stir once.

Garnish & Serve

5

Skewer 2–3 fresh raspberries on a cocktail pick and drop them into the drink. Float a lemon wheel on the rim or inside the glass and slap the mint sprig between your palms to release oils, then tuck it beside the lemon (optional). Serve with a straw and enjoy immediately.
